Primrose lets you preview hairstyles and hair colors on your own photo. We take your privacy seriously. This page explains what data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and how long we keep it.

Data We Collect

• Photos you choose for analysis or transformation
• Generated preview images returned to your device
• Basic device identifiers used for referral credits and fraud prevention
• Diagnostic logs (non‑biometric) to improve reliability

How We Use Your Data

• Process your selected photo to create hairstyle/color previews you request
• Provide optional face‑shape analysis and style recommendations
• Operate referrals and purchased credits
• Maintain security and service quality (aggregate diagnostics)

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We use third‑party processors (e.g., cloud hosting and model inference) strictly to perform the transformations you request. They operate under data‑processing agreements and do not use your data for their own purposes.

Storage & Retention

• Original photos: transmitted securely for processing, then deleted within 24 hours
• Generated images: stored on your device; we do not persist them on our servers
• Referral/device identifiers: retained while your account remains active
• Diagnostics: retained up to 30 days for reliability and abuse prevention

Your Choices

• Delete app data by removing the app from your device
• Request deletion of server‑side logs/identifiers by contacting support
• Opt out of referrals at any time

Children

Primrose is not intended for children under 13. Do not upload images of children.
